DOS is your bet bet, since embassys are not the best of answering, especialy if they dont have your papers yet.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

DOS will be able to tell you if NVC has sent via email or DHL your petition to the embassy!

They are all the same, but one is a bit easier to get thru, and more reliable with info.

Truly happy!!!

I spoke to NVC and they said they sent it to London, I can't remember if via DHL email or both. I want to call Lodon to see if they have received it. But the London embassy number is far to expensive.

They won't supply any tracking numbers for me.

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.

HAVE you tried emailing the embassy or faxing them? Look here on VJ under embassy section for info.

No not tired email them. I read on the embassy info page, for London that to email you need to obtain some kind of code, which you have to call them and they give to you. I called them; when I asked about email, they said no, you have to call for further information. They also sounded quite annoyed that I had called. Can you supply a link to there email address, please?

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.

Do not contact the embassy. They will be reluctant to give you any information or the code and you will end up wasting your money.

Just call DOS- the Department of State. The embassies all fall under their jurisdiction. When an embassy updates your file, DOS can see it.

Does the London embassy send packet 3 and 4 via email; will I be able send back relevant forms via email?

No and no. These questions are all more appropriate for the Embassy or U.K. regional forums- I'm not sure why this thread hasn't been moved yet, but most of these questions have been answered there. Please read through those posts.

I have posted a topic about the in the regional forum. I'm quite surprised that London don't email anything, this would expedite the procedure.

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.

I'm praying that London acknowledge my petition by tomorrow and send out packet by Tuesday so that I receive it by Friday.

Best of Luck. Best wishes. Thank you.
