received an email from NVC today

I've received an e-mail from NVC today and basically they are saying that they did receive our I-864 package,and still waiting for DS-230 package and we should submit it ASAP.

I've mailed the entire DS-230 package last week and was able to get a confirmation from fedex that the package arrived on Sep 17,2009.

So,they are sending me the e-mail after one week arrival of the package..

I've called them tonite and talked to the operator.She said it might be in the building ,but they haven't received it yet.She also said that they receive lots of mails everyday and maybe it's among them..

I'm so frustrated.What if they lost he package.I've sent all the original doc.s It would take me months to gather all these doc.s again...

Has anyone had similar experience in the past ?...

dont panic it can take NVC 2 weeks to input the information into the system, same thing happened to us. we got a email RFE say they had not got the DS230 when I knew it had been delivered. A few days later they told me that they has the DS230 and it was under final review.

Yea it is two different operations, call center people only see information that has been inputted into the system. The people working on the cases are different than ones answering the calls. I had the same email in regards to the DS230
