Does this mean I've been approved?

I got a letter in the mail today from the USCIS, and I'm a little confused about exactly what it means. It's a I-797C and it says it's a transfer notice, but under "Case Type" it says "CR I89 approved removal of conditions (I89)." All the other emails and letters I've received from the USCIS say "CR I89 removal of conditions status received."

Its too late to call customer service but I just checked my status on the website and it still says that I'm at the "initial review" stage - after 9 months! Anyone else get this sort of letter, too?
