We were given our case number, and I am unsure if it is possible to check status with the case number online. I miss being able to check things the, but not sure if you can do the same with the other, other than emailing the embassy that we will be going through. Anyone know?

Given your case number, do you mean your petition is now at NVC? There's no online status check for this stage, I'm afraid. You can call the NVC, they can tell you if your petition has been sent to the consulate and from there you contact the consulate. But there's nothing online...sorry.

Hey there! You have to all the NVC to see the status of your case. I'm assuming you are talking about your NVC case # right? If it's in AP, you just have to keep calling back.

After it's out of AP, you can call the DOS (Dept of State). They will have any information as to whether the consulate has received your case (and the date it was received) and if the packet was sent to your fiance.

After you know it's there, you can call or email the consulate for anything you need. Good luck!
