Update: they do have my case in the system, but it's in administrative processing. not too worried about that yet, since it only went in today. hopefully not "indefinite" administrative processing. :P

Update: they do have my case in the system, but it's in administrative processing. not too worried about that yet, since it only went in today. hopefully not "indefinite" administrative processing. :P

I think most of us were told we were in AP.. unless it had already been sent to the consulate by the time we called. Seems to be a standard response. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

We got our interview date FINALLY! March 9 in Bogota. I bought my ticket today to leave Mar 6, only 3 weeks away! I'll only be there three whole days, but at least Andrea and I can see each other; the last time was August.

Good luck for upcoming interviews and congrats to approvals!

09/20/2009- Met for first time in Bogota

09/25/2009- Fell in love.

09/10/2009- Mailed I-129F

09/14/2009- USCIS received our packet

09/15/2009- NOA1

09/16/2009- Check cashed

09/22/2009- NOA1 Hard copy received

12/18/2009- NOA2 received (email)

Just got the news that my fiance was approved!!!! They said they would mail the visa in a week. :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

They only asked him 1 questions which was how we met. Unfortunately he had to wait 4 hours till actual interview! Plus they pulled the wrong file for him in the beginning but other than that it was easy.

I will be able to relax once he actual has the visa in hand :)

Wishing the best for everyone else still left!!! Let's all meet in the AOS forum~
