For the 9/14 NOA1 peolpe try not to worry to much. I know it is easyer to say that than to do it. maybe someone has your box at home or you could be on the bottom of the box they are working on you know last in first out and first in last out. I am a 9/24 person and so far I see approvals up to 9/22 and 9/23 so keep up the good work the rest of us are counting on you CSC merry christmas

Yes, as long as they keep at it, we'll be seeing the gaps between the existing approval dates fill up. :)

About 30% of September is approved already... it will go very fast if we get more days like yesterday!

We will try not to worry buuuuuuuut it's so hard. :crying: There are still many unapproved Sept. filers.

On the plus side, it's great to finally see so many approvals! Congrats to all those who received their NOA2's!!!!

I know... Im not worrying yet, but my heart froze when I saw other filers with the same NOA1 as me approved!

I was thrilled actually... It's finally a possibility!

The pattern of approval changed, which makes me think they now have a bunch of adjudicators working on our files.

They opened the boxes and our files are now scattered on all kinds of people's desks. Like bigcasino said, our file might be at the bottom of someone's pile, but at least it's out of the box... That's how I picture it at least! lol I might have it all wrong...

This was just one good day. If they focus on us, within a week a lot of us will have good news. Im hoping all of us...

I don't want to rain on anyone's parade...but has anyone else seen this load of horse ####?

http://www.regulations.gov/search/Regs/hom...900006480a6a10b

They are going to increase the visa processing fee to $350! And it won't be grandfathered in for those of us already in the queue. This is ridiculous... :protest::ranting::dead::help:

From what I read and understood of that it wont go in effect until June 7th, 2010. As long as you have your interview before that, you should be fine!!!

Congrats on the NOA2's in here today!

Dude, where did you read that?????? Also, one of the senior people on here commented in another post that they will also be increase all fees across the board sometime next year 50-100%, including AOS!!! OMG...over $2K for AOS...I am going to faint if we don't get in before this happens. Come on CSC, get everyone across the line..

If you open the PDF file, at the bottom of the last page it says :

SUMMARY: The Postal Service is filing

this proposed rule to describe the

applicable prices for commercial flatsize

mail failing to meet new deflection

standards, to be effective on June 7,

2010.

I could be wrong, but from what I'm understanding it's not until next June.

I see what you see, but unfortunately that is the next proposed rule change...not the visa fee increase. They run them consecutively in the master document and then pull out the relevent pages..and sometimes there is additional information for another action on the end of the last page.

"When Will the Department of State

Implement This Proposed Rule?

The Department intends to implement

this proposed rule, and initiate

collection of the fees set forth herein, as

soon as practicable following the

expiration of the 60-day public

comment period following this

proposed rule’s publication in the

Federal Register,"

publication date...Dec 14, 2009

Congratulations to everyone who received their NOA2's! I'm happy for you =)

Unfortunately, I didn't receive mines yet. My NOA1 date is 9-10-2009. I hope I'll get it before Christmas! That would be the best Christmas gift for me!

I'm so worried... =(

NAO2!!!! NO touches just got a text an an email at 10:01pm. I was at work (in a restaurant) and when I checked my phone I got all wobbly. Used my friend's blackberry to check my email and there it was. I had costumers and I could barely concentrate. My friend gave me a hug and said I was trembeling....what an unexpected time to get it. Wishing you all good news before the rest of the week!!!!
