I have green card because i married with citizen. It will be 3 years soon since i got 2 years green card. When can i apply for citizen? I can send document 90 days before , right? About interview process, is my husband need to go in interview with me too???????

You must have been married to the US citizen for 3 years and lived in the US for those three years. You must still be married to and living with that US citizen.

If so you may apply 90 days before you meet those requirements. Your husband doesn't need to attend the interview unless USCIS direct him to be there.

Almost, except you only get a 90 day shortcut on the continuous residency requirement. You must have been married to and living with your US Citizen spouse for a full three years (not three years less 90 days) before you can send in the paperwork. See the box at the bottom of page 22 of the M-476.

If you were married and living together for several months before getting the green card (as most people who adjusted status were), then the distinction probably doesn't matter. But if you only started living together on the day you got your green card, like a CR-1 visa holder might have, then the distinction could be important.
