that part, i am not sure. i am only in the beginning stages of NVC. however, i believe it is on the same website that people go to to pay their online invoices. someone will come around to correct me if i am wrong.

When you say your going to NVC website are you talking about when you go to fee collection? Is that where you will see Log in failed when you try and log on?

Very slowly unfortunately.

They set it up at the pace of a snail. There are people that case completed in June still waiting.
