K-3 is no longer faster. That's what I've been trying to tell you. Good luck with it though.

Imaisha is right, K-3 is no longer the faster visa. Keep following up with the I-130 at NVC and send all your documents back in a timely matter to NVC just in case you end up like Imaisha where your K-3 is weeks behind your Cr-1
