Myself and my fiancee both texted Delbros after she paid them the 650PHP we both never received a reply back has anyone ran into this issue? I called the DOS to check and see if the Embassy had processed our packet from the NVC and they have not processed it yet could this be the issue?

NVC Received September 10 2009

NVC Forwarded to Embassy 15 September 2009

Interview October 01 2009 Passed!!!!

POE Anchorage Alaska 11 October 2009!

Married October 17 2009 ( informal wedding; real wedding in the USA June 2010, in Philippines June 2011)

i thought the embassy doesnt use delbros anymore? if im not mistaken, they use air21 now

sept. 19, 2008--- approved

NVC:

sept. 26, 2008----got case # from a live operator

oct. 6, 2008 ------received AOS bill/paid online

oct. 7, 2008 ------shows PAID

oct. 14,2008 -----IV fee generated/ paid online

oct. 15,2008 -----shows PAID

oct. 16,2008 -----mailed DS230 overnight

oct. 23,2008 ---- RFE

nov. 3,2008 ----- case complete

nov. 26,2008 --- medical exam

aug. 14,2009 --- remedical finally, passed

aug. 24, 2009 -- interview , passed

aug. 29, 2009 -- visa in hand

sept. 24, 2009 -- POE LAX

i hope you will be refunded coz there's no more delbros (doc verification) im almost 100% sure on this one... ive read somewhere in VJ months ago that they've stopped this doc verification process... sorry to say that... and as for currier for the visa delivery they're now using air 21 (as oppose to delbros before)

Citizenship N-400

4/15/2010- sent my N-400 via fedex overnight

4/16/2010- signed and delivered

4/29/2010- check cleared

May 15, 2017: NOA1 
June 05, 2017: Biometric Done
June 19, 2017: Case is in Line for an Interview
June 25, 2018: USCIS Scheduled an Interview
Aug. 02, 2018: Interview Date- APPROVED!
Aug. 09, 2018: Oath Ceremony

someone pocketed the money, you are wasting time and more money trying to get a refund. I paid twice for one service, then it took much to long to get....

consider yourself lucky that they switched couriers.......

There is no longer any document verification at all.

Where did you get the info you had to pay for DC?

Sorry, document verification is no longer needed and there's no fees to Delbros!

We too are looking for guidance. :help:

The Manila Embassy K1 Visa Guide is a great source but a few things have changed since posted. Sheriff Uling requested detailed specific updates needed http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=209946. Since then, Captain Ewok "unpinned it" for edits. Does anyone have any news on this?

My 650 that was paid last October 08 wasn't refunded at all.

I kept calling them to have them refund it and they just keep making excuses.

Too bad that it was considered quits.. :angry:

Delbros and Documentation Verification

What a blast from the past, we had to endure it and it held up our Visa for over 1 month.
