Good Morning ladies (Las Vegas time 11:49 am)

Got good news.

You know my husband has been here since August. He has been looking for a job he has 4 years exprience working for a mining company in Clairemont outside of Ochi. So we have put in about 30+ applications for every thing. Warehouse, construction, janitor, anything and everything because he can't stay at home he is used to working and it bothers him.

So this Sunday we went to church and cast all our cares on the LORD!

Well starting Monday until now Wednesday he has 4 interviews. UPS, MGM (casino), and government the State of Nevada.

So please pray for us.

By the way soem other good news is my step daughter back in JA got approved for her I130. We filed in May for her.

So now it is on to the rest of the AOS and IV application but I know now to submit them all instead of waiting. For the response of the slow NVC

That is great news! Good for you both!

Those seem like great jobs... I have a friend who works for UPS.. Great benefits... I am sure working for the State would be awesome too...

speaking of jobs.. roger is always shocked at how much ppl get paid here as we listen to the job line on morning radio.. he says he will take whatever work he can get, but im starting to think i better prepare him cuz he sounds like he is in for a rude awakening..

finesse, jg, were ur guys disappointed in the pay here??? oh and chiney too.. if she come back

he worked in the airport but also did window installation so i guess that paid ok money i guess..

No sah i got the letter on the 12th and I mailed it back on di 18th and dey receive it on di 21st so mi affi just wait likkle...u know how dem slow already!

Oh...yes they are slow but not lately they have been moving a little faster so you should be getting your approval soon

My husband is the opposite he has a certificate in Jamaica for Forklift through Caterpillar(CAT) and worked for his job for 4 years and was only making $330JA per hour

So he sees that McDonalds gets paid almost double than that and he is in heaven.

And the jobs he is going for is 11, 12, 13 so he thinks he is going to be a millionaire
