hey everyone i have read all that you have said on the co-sponsor and i am happy cos i have a friend who is helping me with me and my fiance with this but her husband was not happy with it my question is that she put in the application only about her not her husband and she even gave her pay stub but did not put assets or anything else is this good enough as well just to show that she can contribute or take full responsibility for him without any assests or her banking on there?????

If she makes enough money from income alone she does not need to list assets.

I know my co sponsor did not include her husband's income or pay stubs.

Their tax returns were joint so he did show on that.

She got his approval of course but all she did was fill out the immigration forms required, as requested, submit paystubs, employment verification and tax return for last 2-3 years.

Good Luck
