9/14/12: NOA letter received (NOA dated 9/10/12)
9/20/12: Biometrics letter received (Bio appointment 10/15/12)
10/12/12: Early biometrics walk-in

4/27/13: RFE received

6/17/13: RFE response sent

7/1/13: ROC petition approved

7/5/13: GC received in the mail.

Morning Aya.

Yesterday was the second day for the cheerleading try outs for my daughter and the coach said i will start calling at 8pm if you made the team. Well it became 8pm, then five after, 10 after :clock: all her friends were calling, did you get the call?? our phone rang so much that i was ready to take it off the hook. It was 8:55pm and I told my daughter, well there's always next year and then the phone rang, it was the coach, SHE MADE IT!! so we both did the happy dance (felt like i was in 7th grade again...lol)

be ready for some expenses..ha i had 2 gdaughters at once doing this.....OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Ahmed got the call he GOT the job starts monday, he swears he will never quit another job no matter what. While we were at the dr doing the (p) test i looked across and sat a man with a shirt said Tarik (guess i keep looking) he smiled i asked where you from he said Morocco ha so he and Ahmed had a talk and the guy has since called he has been here 9 years

Brini, congrats to the hubby! and thanks S&S.

I've been so busy here in the morning, i have a chicken in the crockpot for the kids and I'm preparing mostacholi for the hubby and me for dinner so all i have to do when i get home is put the mostacholi in the oven but low and behold, there is no sauce :angry: figures and just my luck, so now i have to get some on my lunch hour.

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(
