Good afternoon all,

I had two final questions (I hope!) before submitting my I-130 form..

For the G-325a forms being sent (8 in total--4 for me, 4 for my husband) does only one form need to have the "passport-type" photos or do you only attach one to one of the forms?? One photo of each person, of course...

ALSO I have read the checklist/guidelines for assembling the I-130 package on this website and on the USCIS website. In neither does it say that a copy of a birth certificate/passport for the "beneficiary" needs to be submitted. However, I was just reading some previous posts about cover letters, etc. and some people state that you DO need to submit said items.

Help¿?

MUCHAS GRACIAS!!

It doesn't say anything on the G-325A to attach a pic....just on the I-130, you need to attach ONE pic of each person, a G-325A for each person as well. That's correct regarding the birth certificate...just the US Citizen must submit it, it doesn't say anything regarding the beneficiary's b/c. I put the pics (make sure you lightly print full names on the back of each) in a ziploc bag & stapled that bag to the form. Good luck!

Thanks!!!

You've got the correct advice but the new G325a is just one page. If you use the old ones, it's four almost identical pages, not four forms.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
