Can I send in more evidence even if I already sent my K-1 packet?

Hi All,

I tried to look in the guide section but couldn't find the answer to my question. I've already sent my k-1 packet to VSC. I have received my NOA1. I just found more evidence that could support my petition. Can I send this evidence along with my case number?

Thank you and most appreciative!

Unless asked for, I'd just sit tight and let them adjudicate it. If they need it they will ask for it. If you included all the things the VJ guides ask for you should be ok

Good luck.

just keep those evidences you found as those would be more useful during the interview.
