Finances are hard for me too but I'll catch up while we wait for his army service to finish out too. I'm doing ok now and will get another job soon enough. Staying at my moms right now till Lampros comes is a nice save on rent+food money.

That's what I did....my daughter and I lived with my parents for almost a year and it helped a great deal!

I wanna move back home with MOM!!! :)

Haha.. it is nice. She bought me lots of special food (noms ;) ) hehe. I'll be a lot better off now without car payments/gas/insurance all that. It's really flat around town and a bike will do nicely.. I hope not too cold of a winter coming!

sounds nice!

I am working tonight.. and VJ is boring at night! :)

Aww Maire thats terrible. I am very sorry to hear about your parents. I hope it won't be too hard for them to find another job.

lets hope everything works out...everything bad always comes at once...if it wasnt because I am doing my masters I would get a 2 job...its easier for someone my age to find a job..my dad is 60 only speaks Spanish and is getting Alzheimers already...anyways enough with the venting....anything new Lee?

I am meeting with my cingressmans immigration person this morning at 10. I am hoping he can do something. I am waiting to call the embassy until tomorrow. At $12 a call I would rather wait until after my meeting. I have my fingers crossed that anything at all will come of this, but we'll see.

How far along are you on your masters?

Yeah it's free. Which makes me think that they won't be working all that hard, but who knows.

We have to wait and see how my congressman actually does. I gave them a copy of the paperwork that the embassy requested. He is going to send it to someone and make some phone calls. I am supposed to call back next week. I then called the embassy and they made an inquiry and I have to call them back tomorrow to find out what came of that inquiry.
