Well since we didn't have any of his immunization records we had to get blood work done to prove he's had the shots/is immune.. argh. It cost a total of $425 but they did send the paperwork to us already and sealed with copies outside the seal :).

We have to get his birth certificate translated still, more costs! We're also getting two more passport photo's for him on my day off. Now to wait on the translation and we'll send it in ASAP!

Again though.. sorry for the late replies and long pauses!

I hope all is well with everyone!!

01/23/2009 ----------Leave Athens and my Honey for the processes to begin

02/10/2009 ----------Beginning of Greek Military Obligations for 11 months

Jamie at least you are together for all of these aggravations.

I am counting down the days. 2 more until they are in NYC and only 8 more until we are finally reunited. I am starting to get antsy and it is getting more and more difficult to get things done for myself. It's a good problem to have I must say.

I'm so happy for you Lee!! It'll be so great to have her with you again. You're right, it's amazing that at least he's here to do all the paperwork with now. And from what I've heard it seems easier now that the paperwork is all IN state basically, not all over the world :) It was so weird to see Lampros again the first time, like.. who are you?? I get to have you!? Then I clung to him for a couple minutes hehe. I'm glad it's all coming together for you!!

Oh sweetie...that's great news!! CONGRATS!!! Be sure to have someone take some pics for us!!!

You shouldn't have to do anything different. Pat's paperwork had expired when we sent the AOS stuff in....we didn't do anything different with it.

Maire I am so happy for you. I am glad that you guys were able to stick it out and he was able to start working. It must have done wonders for you both.

Oksana should be in New York later this afternoon. Her flight is scheduled to land around 5:00. Hopefully POE won't take too long for her. If I didn't have class tomorrow morning I would have flown in tonight to meet her. Instead I will just have to wait until Thursday when they come to Orlando!

She is in New York!!!!!! No problems getting through POE other than the long lines. A few more days and the wait is over.

Is it wrong that I have the maids coming over the same morning they are getting here or getting my eyebrows waxed the night before? I don't think so, but being manpretty calls for a little bit of commitment on my part. I also have scented candles and a few other goodies between now and Thursday. Let the hunkypunky begin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Thanks Maire for such a wonderful saying.
