good morning everyone

Mornin' Rich!

No, Lee, as of this morning they Embassy didn't even have our paperwork... they only accept calls from 8-10 am and 2-4 pm Warsaw time, and today they did not answer the phones.... and Yes, I understand about the wanting to have a date... that was killing me at the USICS too.. it would be much easier for me knowing it would be _______. Sometimes, I wish I had not found VJ... since going into the visa process (without knowing about VJ) I knew it was going to be 6 months plus... but after being here and seeing the approvals... all the sudden I got disappointed that we were not approved in July like almost everyone else.... but had I not known about any approvals... July would have came and went without any emotions on my part. Having said that, I am glad that I have found you guys and had you guys there to help along the way!!!

Good morning all!

Lee I know what you mean about the time. If there's a date to look forward to at least you don't have to keep hoping each day with full force, you can put your hope on the solid day and just let the days go by. I hope things look up and at least you're able to keep a positive mindset despite that it's hard as hell just to stay upbeat when your honey is far.

Liz it's a hardware store that is local and family owned so there are "family managers" and "non-family managers" I'm a "non-family cashier" or something or other. The job is really nice so far and I didn't even know but apparently it had been quite sought after in the town I'm in as a really great job/position! I'm very thankful but had no idea :P

Hi all else, gotta bike to work soon. It's doing the usual Seattle weather thing outside.. grr <_<

01/23/2009 ----------Leave Athens and my Honey for the processes to begin

02/10/2009 ----------Beginning of Greek Military Obligations for 11 months

03/21/2009 ----------Stationed to Rhodes

07/16/2009-----------Meeting in Spain for 6 days!

08/27/2009-----------Stationed to Nevrokopi

01/10/2010-----------Gets OUT of the Army!

02/16/2010-----------Interview!

02/24/2010-----------Lampros arrives in WA!!!

He didn't just want me long, he wanted me a little longer than forever... :3

Hi Jamie ... bye Jamie...lol! That sounds like a pretty cool place to work!! We have a family run hardware store in our town that sounds a lot like that one. VERY nice place and the family that owns it is super nice!!

Ok....last week's trip to the Social Security Office didn't work out for Pat....but this week's did! He just text and he should have his card in two weeks!!! Now I can finally go add him to the bank account!

Hugs, Liz

Morning!

Lee and Richard - I completely agree. The worst wait is when you don't know what you're waiting for. But I hope in the end it will all work out just fine for all of us! Hang in there, it is hard, frustrating, but you will all make it!

Maire..... hmmmm, where is she :innocent:

I'd say more like 98%...still have just a tiny bit of the congestion hanging on but I can deal with that! Too much fun planned for this weekend to let it keep me down!
