after my son's case was approved on september 8th , my case was complete yesterday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YESSS i just called NVC now

they said i will receive further constructions in 8 weeks ... what does that mean ? what are the further constructions ?

I think they said "further instructions" not "contructions".

contact them again if you're not sure what they want you to do.

im thinking they are telling u that they will send u instructions on what u have to do next. like documents and stuff u will have to gather for your interview and stuff like that.

I don't think there is any way to predict an exact interview date.

They will send you further instructions.

It will probably take between 3 and 4 weeks to get your letter - and your interview will probably be about a month from then, so approx 6-8 weeks from today.

hubby called nvc yesterday , an operator told him that cant sign interview in octobre , consulate is full :-(

so maybe in november
