AOS is paid-can we send I-864 package now?

Hi all:

Our first AOS payment (70$) is cleared out and it is asking us to read affidavit of support stuff.we also paid the 400$ ,but still in progress..

We haven't received the mail from NVC yet.

So do we send all the required doc for I-864 now,do we wait till we get the mail and fed-ex it?

I'm afraid that I'm going to cause a delay IF I send them tooo early

Don't wait for them to mail you hard copies of anything. If their website shows a status of "PAID" for the AOS fee bill and you can print the barcoded cover letter then you are all set to mail the package in.

You can get barcode online from here

Status of paying fee $70 (AOS) change to PAID u can print AOS Bacode Cover Sheet & after got it you can send AOS package ( I-864+ Tax return + W2+ Employment letter ) to NVC with Bacode Cover Sheet .

Status of paying fee $ 400 (IV) change to PAID u can print IV Bacode Cover Sheet & after got it you can send IV package ( DS230 & original/ certified copy of your document) to NVC with Bacode Cover Sheet .

You don't need to wait for any paper from NVC after you paid ,you need only Barcode Cover Sheet for each package .
