Question about the police certificate

I just sent the form I-130 to the London Embassy today. I'm trying to get a jump start on the next pieces of information that will be required. The criminal records check, is that the 'Police Certificate Application' form? Is this what is required to show that my hubby has not had any criminal convictions? It looks like it costs £35 and takes 10 working days. Just making sure I have the correct form. Anyone needed a police check in the UK?

Also wondering for anyone who has obtained a police certificate in the UK if they needed to be fingerprinted at the same time???

No fingerprints. Just read the instructions included with the application.

Naturalization
