Ahh yes! Well we haven't seen any F1s here that I can remember. The wait is awful for an F1 - but - here it is finally!!

No, I don't remember hearing about F1's and timelines here as well before. I'm so happy you've gotten a date though. What a long wait! Congratulations!

And btw, the email with interview appointment came also last night...for detailed consulate-specific instructions the letter sends people to the NVC website and when you open the file for MTL there is just a general safety note...no mention of Xpresspost envelope... I wonder if something changed or they just simply updated the site without uploading all the info...

Well, I just called and.... nothing! The woman with whom I spoke also said that today is the last day that they're scheduling for October interviews so... that is that then.

It seems like every person I speak to there, regardless of how nice, have something different to say -- it's a little annoying.

I'm sorry Dalene, I am not meaning to be the harbinger of bad news at all.

You have more reason to be bummed than I do but I have go be honest, I am so freaking sad right now -- the wind is right out of my sails. Wah, wah, I know, poor me but this journey is extremely relative so...

Call yourself and see. I've had them tell me they schedule 'til the 15, this woman told me they're done now. I have NO idea what the what is, you know?

Just really bummed
