Medical Exam and Case number: Should I be Worried?

Hi everybody! I just did my medical exam in Sao Paulo. Everything was ok. I already have my package. The problem is on the day I went to the doctor I said I didn't have my case number (RDJxxxx xxxxxx) yet. I know some people do the exam early before they have their case number. My problem is that I did have one but didn't know it. My fiance had received the letter from the NVC but he just perceived the number was on the letter some days later. Now I have the results from the medical exam without the case number. Is this a problem? :unsure:

My medical exam experience: I went to the Dr Joao Leite in Sao Paulo. He was nice and the exam was very smooth. I did my blood tests and x-ray in the Lavosier, 3 blocks from his office after leaving the appointment with him. The lab delivered the results to his office and 4 days later I had my package.

I would have waited (and am waiting) for my interview date personally, but I don't think it'll be a problem. Call the panel physician where you got your medical and give them the number. They have to file a version directly with the Consulate I believe, so they'll need it.

2012-03-13: I-751 package arrived at VSC (Hi D. Renaud!)

2012-03-14: NOA1

2012-03-15: I-751 check cashed

2012-03-19: Received NOA1

2012-03-27: Received biometrics appt. notice for 2012-04-19 in Buffalo

2012-04-09: Successful early walk-in biometrics at Cleveland ASC

2012-12-04: I-751 APPROVED / 10 YR GC PRODUCTION ORDERED!

Naturalization:

2015-11-30: Here we go again: Filling out the N-400

2015-12-21: Sent N-400 to Phoenix AZ Lockbox

2015-12-23: NOA Date

2016-01-20: Biometrics in Cleveland

2016-01-25: In-line for interview

2016-01-25: Interview scheduled!

2016-01-29: Received interview letter! Scheduled for...

2016-02-29: Interview in Cleveland - APPROVED!

2016-03-18: Naturalization ceremony in Cleveland! I am a US Citizen!
