On my 1-134 form i put the bare amount i would make for a year and i had my personal manager fill out the employment form request with the same number. But when you look at my last paystub, i exceeed the amount in both.

Will this be a problem?

Its hard to account for bonus and overtime pay.I made a letter saying dear embassy, telling that its hard to give a exact amount of pay due to bonus and overtime.I signed and dated it.

Should i do this?

Or just leave it like it is, and as long is the amount is over the 18,500 it doesnt matter what my paystubs show?

Thank you in advance, i really need to know the answers to this, tommorrow i am getting on the plane, to see my honey and bring her all these forms. And i wanna make sure i have it alright.

Here is what I did for the I-134 and I-864. For current income I took my "year to date" at the time, which included bonuses, divided by the number of months in the year to date and multiplied by 12. The result is a plausible projected income (and ended up being pretty darn close). Your paystubs will support this

On the other hand, if your base salary is enough, there is no need to calculate the projected income (I did it anyway because I am just like that) and it will make no difference if your pay stubs reflect more. I didn't even claim all my income for the I-134 or I-864 and the amount claimed was less than reflected in my tax returns or bank letter, so it doesn't matter if it matches or not.
