On the G325 it asks you to be quite specific with the month and year with these answers, but if you're unsure and are a month or two off, will it matter?

Also, how many pages is the G325? When I first downloaded it I had 5 pages of the same form, the 2nd time I downloaded it I had 2 pages.

Get as close as you can - do not leave unexplained gaps in the time frame (example - a position goes from Jan08 to Jul 09 and the next one starts in Sept 09 - you'll want to explain what happened to August - this is a bit oversimplified, but you get the point.)

Like others have said, you need to get as close as possible, but I don't think being a little off will hurt you too badly. I have times in my employment history where I didn't have a job because I was in school so when I had those times I made sure to put something like Aug 2006-December 2006- Unemployed(In School). Don't leave any gaps in your history for your work or residences. Double check everything, I messed mine up like 3 times in silly ways.

Good luck!!! :)
