I have a question.. I put my husbands name on the I-129F as Adnan.... But in his country they put Adnane on his id and his passport will say Adnane.. Will this have any affect on his background check or when he does come over and he enters usa?

The visa will be issued in the passport name...

On the I-129F I put Svetlana but in her passport it was written Svitlana... Visa issued as Svitlana... We had no problems...
