Airline Boarding Tickets and Dates? PLus other evidence questions

Hi,

I found several airline boarding passes from flying to Winnipeg to see him (which is six hours south of where he lives.) Problem is I can't find any dates on here. All is says is Nov 17, but no year. Is this an issue? Has anyone else has problems with this, or do I just need to put a sticky on it that says the year? Also are they going to want more evidence that I was actually in his town? Or just that I've been to Canada?

I have a few ideas for things that might work as evidence, but I am not sure:

I have a copy of a warning issues by the highway patrol to him for speeding lol. It is dated and has the location, his full name and birthdate.

I was also wondering about credit card statements? A lot of them list the town you were in when the purchase was made. Since he lives in Canada, I have driven there several times to see him, so I was wondering about that..

Lastly, I am seven months pregnant and I have an ultrasound of our baby.. not that I have any way of proving its his, but my ultrasound is dated and has my last name on it. Would this work, even only as secondary evidence?

Thanks in advance for all the help!

What about passport stamps? The boarding passes on their own do not establish that you met each other, just that you went to Canada. You need more to show you two were together in person.

I have a few ideas for things that might work as evidence, but I am not sure:

This would be a bad idea. Anyway, how does a speeding warning ticket establish that you two were together in person. See what I'm getting to? You need more.

I was also wondering about credit card statements? A lot of them list the town you were in when the purchase was made. Since he lives in Canada, I have driven there several times to see him, so I was wondering about that..

Same as above. Only shows that you were in Canada, not that you two met.

Lastly, I am seven months pregnant and I have an ultrasound of our baby.. not that I have any way of proving its his, but my ultrasound is dated and has my last name on it. Would this work, even only as secondary evidence?

How does this show anything about you two meeting?

Thanks in advance for all the help!

Credit card receipts can show you were in Canada at the time specified in your "story" for having met in person, together with photos, etc. Canada does not give passport stamps to US visitors. Traffic ticket proves nothing if issued to HIM, if issued to you it proves you were there. The fetus proves nothing without a DNA test though I doubt you need to go to that extreme. Together with your boarding passes, send the credit card receipts and photos, you should be fine

First, what do you mean by specified in you "story" for having met it person? Does this mean I only need to provide evidence for the way I answered question 18? Actually, I need clarification on how to answer that question anyways. Do you need to list all the times you have met? Or only the most recent? And what is the best way to "describe" the circumstances? Would something like "John Doe flew from Sidney, Australia to Chicago, IL on February 14th to visit."

What I was saying with the traffic ticket was that he recieved it when he was here visiting (one of the times I drove to Canada and picked him up.) So wouldn't this prove he was here? The ticket also has the licence plate of number of a car registered to my mother.. (she let me use it.) I know somewhere I also have another warning from another time where he was driving my car..

I am just worried about evidence because I have bits and pieces from each time. I have two credit card statements (I used them for gas). On both you can see my path of travel from the places I purchased gas from.. I dunno if that makes sense or not.. He has a stamp in his passport from the last time he flew here, but probably not the airline ticket too. I have a few boarding passes, but I lost my passport, so no stamp.. (In my experience sometimes they give you a stamp, but only if you fly.)

We have lots of pictures together.. although I don't think any of them are date stamped.. Does it just work to write the date and things on the back or what?

Thanks for your responses, I am so lost lol..

Yes. For the petition...the I-129f, you only need to present evidence to support meeting ONE time in person within the last two years. Here is my example, EXACTLY as sent with the petition...

On September 19, 2007 I was returning from a trip to Ukraine and had a layover in Prague, CZ. I met Alla while waiting in line at the airport to buy bus tickets to the city.

That was my answer to question 18. I attached boarding passes and passport stamps for that trip which prove I was in Prague at the time of my story and ONE photo of Alla and I together in a restaraunt. This photo had NO date stamp and NO identifiable features. Our petition was approved in 58 days without RFE. If you have additional photos, go ahead and send them.

Since the traffic ticket was here, it proves he was in the US, but it was obviously not the same visit as when you wnet to Winnipeg. So if you want to describe and prove TWO visits...go right ahead. No penalty for extra information

Sorry for coming late to the party here, but are there no pictures of you together? That is really good evidence of meeting. Also, if you show up together for the interview - it would be tough to refute.

Oh! Thanks so much, this clarifies things for me.
