What happens after NVC

Ok, I think I have great news. I called the NVC and they told me that our paperwork has been forwarded to the Embassy for processing! Yeah! I could not believe it! It was only at the NVC for a week!

So now, what comes next? I have seen the flowchart, but I mean how do I know when the US Embassy has received the paper work?

Does it have the same MOS #? It only went out on 8/28/09, so it will take about 3-5 days I am guessing to get to the Embassy. How long does it normally sit there before they do what they do with it. Which is what?

Sorry if this has been answered already.

Thanks in advance.

Its hard to tell you anything because you have not filled out your timeline and you don't specify which embassy you are working with...MOS# is a giveaway but I don't have them memorized.

So, I guess best thing is to tell you to go the embassy website and see what their guidelines are, maybe start by getting your interview paperwork together.

Good Luck :time:
