Today my husband received a mail from USCIS and he is happy cuz he think thats already

an approval means NOA2 but he read it is RFE regarding our marriage certificate.

They want a clear copy of our marriage certificate from NSO. I have 2 copies left here but still same.

And i send it through LBC. My question is ,how long does it take they will process our papers again?

Any input are appreciated.

October 10, 2012-- 10-yr GREEN CARD received
NATURALIZATION
January 09, 2013-- sent N-400
January 28, 2013-- Biometrics

May 22, 2013-- Interview Passed- Officially a US Citizen!

hi there mari...first and foremost, i am saddened by that news on RFE...ive been checking on some timelines since the day we joined VJ and MOSt couples with rfe's get the approval after a week or two depending too on how fast u reply or send the papers they need...pls. dont lose hope,,the only consolation there is ur application was "touched", meaning it was seen and read and inspected by the USCIS ...consider that a blessing (((except they arent satisfied with that blurry copy of ur MC)).... RFE signals that ur next to be approved after complying with it...ur almost there..go to NSO and LCR for a clear copy or a certification...

yes it is sad when you received a letter saying RFE but i'm still glad that the only they need from us.And also i do believe that's the sign our application being touch.

And We are expected this month we will approve. :dance:
