Hi guys :D

Frenzy, congrats on the approvals and I hope he finds a job soon! Oh boy I read further and saw that he got his green card AND he found a job, awesome!

Kayla I'm glad the move went well and glad you like the town...

Jenn, you did predict I was going to be the first :)

Thank God you've been cancer free!

Lol @ momma :)

As for us, we celebrated our anniversary last week, we rented a beach house and it was awesome! Wasn't beach weather but just to be away from home was enough heaven for me.

5 more weeks to go before my due date, 1 week before the shower. I can basically say that any day now I'll be a mommy :)

Frenzy, don't feel bad about his good luck! That's awesome that he got his card and a job!!! :)

I can't wait to see pictures of Krystles little man. I've been so excited knowing that it's getting closer and closer to her due date.

And we're trying, Jenn! This is month number 4 of trying to get pregnant and nothing still. I think this would be a great time for us to have a baby since Mathew got the job that he wants and I'm not planning on working for a while. Plus, I really really want to be a mommy.

Mathew starts his new job tomorrow and he's super super nervous. I know that he'll do awesome but it's still sort of like the first day of school. My husband is growing up!

and FYI, Fort Wayne has an AWESOME zoo! We took my little cousin Braydon there today and I think I had a better time than he did. Then again, I'm like a 2 year old most days anyway.

hey guys,

hope everyone is good! congrats on everybody on their various anniversaries, and congrats frenzy on all your good news!

we're doing well, celebrated our own anniversary yesterday, we both took the day off and it was wonderful. now we're just counting down the days (16 to be exact!) until we leave for our honeymoon! can't wait. we don't get to spend a huge amount of time together nowadays since we work opposite schedules - so 2 weeks together is going to be awesome! :-)

krystle, you're getting close! so excited for you!

hugs to all,

:)

Hi everyone :D

Hope we're all doing well!

Frenzy, I hope your honey likes his job.

Kayla I hope you and Matthew are adjusting well

Jenn, thank God a year has passed and you're cancer free AND Fuat is still here.

Everyone, my adorable baby boy was born last night at 7:28pm, weighing 6lbs 5oz. I woke up at 4am with contractions soo painfully unreal that i KNEW it had to be time. I got to the hospital around 6:30am, at that time I was 2cm dilated. By noon I was 4cm and in pain so I asked for the epidural. With my luck, it just wasnt working. I had to get the dosage upped 4 times and by then I couldn't feel my legs. Ladies, the pain is like no other :(

By 7pm I was fully dilated and ready to push, I was warned that first pregnancy labor are harder but thank Jesus, I pushed only 3 times and his tiny little self came out!

Hubby is ecstatic!!! Won't even let the baby sleep!

Oh, his name is Aiden Glanoi Jenkinson :)

OH OH OH OH OH CONGRATULATIONS KRYSTLE!

I knew your due date was coming up, so logged on to see if there were any updates from you . SO HAPPY TO READ THE NEWS!

Hope everyone is doing well. Fuat is in Turkey at the moment.. left on Friday and will be back on Wednesday. His 14 year old sister was approved for a visitor visa, so he went home to get her and she will stay with us for the summer. :)

Making plans for New York, Virginia Beach, Grand Canyon, Vegas, Hollywood, Chicago.. only problem is I have a job so not sure how we are going to go to all the places I want to take her when that pesky job expects me to be at work once in a while :)

This is the first time Fuat and I have been apart since March 21, 2010.. so feels strange to be alone!

can't wait to hear how everyone is and Krystle, can't wait to see pictures of the new man in your life.

Mathew is loving his new job. He even got a mini promotion the other day. So it's not REALLY a promotion but they've given him more trust and more responsibilities because they felt really confident in his skills. So I like to call it a mini promotion.

We're trying like crazy to get pregnant. I'm taking my temps every morning and peeing on ovulation sticks in the evening. I wont go as far as checking my cervix position cause that's just weird to me, but kudos to anyone who does it! I'm even taking flintstones vitamins because I can't swallow prenatal vitamins and my GYN said it's good for those trying to get pregnant to begin taking them. So we're doing everything humanly possible, all that's left is for a little baby to get cozy in there and grow for 9 months. Fingers crossed, everyone!!!

I saw on FB that Maggie got a job and then got a better job offer somewhere else. She started the new new job a couple of days ago. I hope she likes it!

Krystle I don't know how you aren't just squishing your little mans cheeks all day, they're so cute! And he's got a head full of gorgeous hair. You are truly one very lucky mama and I'm sure he's a very loved and happy baby. How is hubby adjusting to the new baby?

I'm happy you had fun on your honeymoon Karen, everyone should have one. The hard part is coming back home. After our honeymoon I was out of it for a few days and all I wanted to do was go back.

I just realized, it's 10 days until our one year anniversary.

Hope everyone is doing well!

First off, I'd love to congratulate Krystle on her little one!! Glad to hear that you all are doing well. I would LOVE to see pics eventually! I'm sure he's totally adorable!!!

I hope all of your preparations are helpful, Kayla!! I know you want to be a momma, and I pray it all works for you.

Things are going well with everyone else, too, it would seem.... I hate to be the one that drags it all down, but alas....

Things were going super awesome. Matt loves his job and the pay is way better than we could have even imagined. I was actually being optimistic for once, and had even started dieting again - with positive results!!! It was all great....until June 7th. We've been living without power since then because old wiring in our attic decided it didn't like being old anymore, and ignited. Luckily, we were all home at the time and my mom (having the almost paranoid -in a good way- keen sense of smell) got the fire department out here just in time. We didn't lose the house to the fire, but there is a lot of smoke damage and, of course, the lack of electricity, and our hallway/stairway/attic were completely torn out by the fire department. Half hour more, and the house would have been gone. My parents went to the county to try and get some help for the electrical repairs (they certainly don't have it, and neither do Matt and I) and are now trying to raise the necessary funding to coincide with the amount they can help us with. (the bid was $5,100, and they can only give us $1,190...) Matt's family has branched out to all of their friends asking to help, and we've had friends on WoW donate - it's been almost unreal. More strangers have helped us in the past week and a half than some of our own family members. So that's where we stand at this point. We are trying to raise as much as we can by Monday, and the county inspector guy will talk to his supervisor and see if they can't just give us the rest of it. If they can, then the electrical guys will be in on Tuesday to fix it all, but if they can't, work won't start until we raise the rest of the necessary funding. We raised $440 in less than 24 hours, which is definitely helpful, but I doubt we are going to raise the rest, or even break 1k, so we have our fingers crossed that we get that "directors exception" and that they help with the rest of it. We've been without power for 12 days now....and I gotta say - IT SUCKS, lol.

Anyways, sorry to drag you all down, but I was just hoping that in telling you, you all could keep us in your thoughts and prayers. Maybe the more we have, the more likely that good things will happen! :)

Take care everyone, and I will update you all again soon.
