Jenn - very cool that Fuat will hopefully come last week of March/first week of April - that's when my honey is coming too! And I think Seb's lady as well! Hope you have a fantastic time traveling with your mum. By the way, this is here first time meeting Fuat right? let us know how it goes!!

Delta is a pain in the neck.. I can NEVER get through to them. Lucky you were only told $150 for a change in ticket.. when my mom tried to change hers to come one day early, they told her $250 plus difference in ticket. That's why I almost always fly United. Got stuck with Delta on this trip though.

Seb, our plan is to have Fuat come the last week of March or first week of April. I am in Turkey/Greece until March 8th and he has to give notice to work, and wants to spend some time with his family... but looks like he will come about 3 weeks after I get home.

Oh, and here's our wedding rings!

and here's one of my wedding and engagement together. I think the wedding ring looks weird unless it's paired with the other. I wasn't a fan until I put them both on.

I just hope that there's something my photographer can do about my hands in our wedding pictures. I have teeny tiny hands, and I wear a 6.75 in a ring, but when I took that picture it looks like they are little sausages. You'd think I wore a 11 or something.

Nothing today, sorry to say, that's what the postman always say! I justhad to say that, but really: nothing. I'm done hoping, I will lose $184 because as I stated before, the change fee is $150 and I'll only be left w' $34 toward another ticket so whatever to Delta.

I didn't know that I can call DOS and check the status and their reply was we're in AP, then I had a heart attack but someone from the Jmaican forum said they just say that until the visa is printed. Doubt I'll get it tomorrow, my only hope to pray the flight will be canceled because of the snow, but still wont be in my favor because DHL is closed on weekends

Decided to pop in here, since I haven't in awhile. We finally got P3 sent back into Montreal on the 23rd after having it for a month. That's more to do with his procrastination than anything, really -- not to mention, we're trying to plan it just right so that I'm up there for vacation when they schedule his interview. (We're praying for End of May - middle of August interview date. Anything within that time frame! lol...)

I'm getting very anxious. I mean, it's still like 8 months until our (hopefully) wedding date, but I want to see him now. I'm so happy that everyone's getting interview approvals, though! I'm stuck trying to decide who I'm going to ask to be our co-sponsor, because I certainly don't make enough right now (full time student - woohoo!) I can't wait until May.

I would say that they would just about have to since this snowstorm is supposed to be a doosy. Either they change flights for free, or have a mob on their hands AND airports full of grumpy people waiting for their delayed/canceled flight.

For 5 months of waiting and finally: APPROVED!!!

I have to come for visa on Monday or Tuesday, they will call me...and yes...all the time I was looking in the pink paper below my documents and when consul said to me: Welcome to the US and wish me all the best, I was astonished...couldn't believe that I am approved.

Thanks to ALL of you for your constant support...you know how hard was when we got RFE, but all of that is behind us.
