Beca however now they are in AP at the NVC level ####### sara never gets a break....

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?

USC Married 4/2007 Colombian on overstay since 2001 of B1/B2 visa
Applied 5/2007 Approved GC in Hand 10/2007
I-751 mailed 6/30/09 aapproved 11/7/09 The BOYS I-751 Mailed 12/29/09 3/23/10 Email approval for 17 CR 3/27/10
4/14/10 Email approval for 13 yr Old CR 4/23/10

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )
I-130 approved 2/24
Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

thank you so much and i am very pleased to announce that our petition is now at NEW DELHI INDIA

I dont know if u remember but i went on an email campaign for a couple of weeks one of those was to Mrs Clinton.

I got a response from her yesterday decided to call NVC after her letter (it was dated the ninth) NVC stated that our case had already been sent out to the embassy yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

I got a response from her yesterday decided to call NVC after her letter (it was dated the ninth) NVC stated that our case had already been sent out to the embassy yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

2/24/09: NA02 APPROVAL... finally, after 9 MONTHS & 8 DAYS!!

5/5/09 : Interview Date APPROVED!!!!

5/8/09: visa received

From NA01 to interview: 12 LONG MONTHS!!

07/23/09: received SSN

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

AOS

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11

Here we go again...

ROC

09/14/11: Mailed I-751 to Vermont

09/19/11: NA01

10/14/11: Biometrics

7/2/12: Approved. New Card Ordered

7/7/12: Green Card received

i had posted it on the ap thread but i think so many responses made it a little hard to find, i am in no way complaining about the responses all of u guys keep us going with all ur prayers best wishes and thoughts, with out vj family i think i would have gone insane

YEAH!!!! I am so happy it is out already! It won't be long now!!!!! You guys have a lot of planning to do! Where are you going to live? Is he moving in with your family or are you guys getting an apartment or house?

he will live with my family, he has gotten most of the papers and documents ready that are required for interview all i have to do is get a copy of my passport certified (india has been asking for that from some people) then off go the documents from my side

so now the nervousness of will he get the visa starts but at least we will have closure one way or the other anything is better than the two years we just past thru of not knowing anything.

Officially Engaged December 24th, 2007!!!

Moved to the U.S. to be with my baby on July 19th, 2008 on a K1 visa!!!!

***10 year green card in hand as of 2/2/2012, loving and living life***
