while waiting eagerly on news on my case, i went on to my account on uscis and saw that my old i485 and i765 applications were touched on 1/19/2010. anyone knows why that could be?

While I don't know why it would happen for sure, my guess would be the person is actually looking at your file in general? Probably good sign: something is happening...

We got the approval letter (I-797C) in the mail today, dated 1-14-2010! Should be getting new Greencard within the next 60 days!! Yay!!! :dance:

While I don't know why it would happen for sure, my guess would be the person is actually looking at your file in general? Probably good sign: something is happening...

Actually, I can't stand it, but there is nothing I can really do but wait. I predicted to see some movement in October yesterday (forgetting it is a holiday) so I am hoping at least to see someone post an update today for October with an approval.

the day is not over, and I am sure so many people will check their mail in the evening after they go home... I hope :hehe: ....

As a matter of fact, remaining active on VJ has helped me stay calm since I can see what is happening with VSC and the way they are progressing...

Let's hope to hear good news for everyone here this week!!!

v333k...I am begining to lose my mind as well and I thought I am the only one...its 40 days since my Biometrics and nothing is happening...I want to screammmm..someone please touch my case, lift the file, move it..DO SOMETHING.....PULEEEEZZZEEEE....I just want to see some little activity on my case.....

I sent my stuff Oct 28th, they got it Nov 4th...

I keep checking my Case status like 34 times a day..hoping I will see some thing....

Kinda nice to know Im not the only crazy one.
