Well, today I got an email and mobile update and this is what it says when I checked my case status online:

Post-Decision Activity

On October 23, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

The funny thing is, before I even got this update, I found a nice mysterious looking envelope in the mail box this morning and in it is my 10 year GC! :dance::dance::dance:

Now that my GC's in hand, I can truly and finally relax.

Good luck to everyone and may you all finally get your approvals! I'd still stick around (which I always do) to see what's happening. I most especially hope for those who are still waiting for more than 6 mos. May they finally hear some good news.

New GC was waiting for me in my mailbox. In the mailbox there was also another envelope with the approval letter saying I would receive the card within 60 days.

For those of you waiting for the new GC, it comes in a fairly ordinary envelope. The paper is not the typical "green official USCIS government paper" that you can see through the envelope. I knew it was something from immigration because it was coming from Laguna Nigel, CA, where I mailed my application to.

Not that it really matters.... but I don't like my new GC picture. I prefer the old one :P

New GC was waiting for me in my mailbox. In the mailbox there was also another envelope with the approval letter saying I would receive the card within 60 days.

For those of you waiting for the new GC, it comes in a fairly ordinary envelope. The paper is not the typical "green official USCIS government paper" that you can see through the envelope. I knew it was something from immigration because it was coming from Laguna Nigel, CA, where I mailed my application to.

Not that it really matters.... but I don't like my new GC picture. I prefer the old one :P

Yeah, it was mysterious looking envelope but I could tell it was the GC because I remember that same kind of envelope when I received my GC from AOS. The approval notice from Nebraska Service Center that I received 3 days ago looked like an ordinary letter.

I kind of like my picture on my new GC because I looked older and matured. My 2-year one, I looked like a kid. :P

I'm happy for you, sis!

Hopefully, the rest of you who are waiting will get your approvals too. :thumbs:

Woohoo! As I had hoped ... GC was in the mail when I got home today. My letter stating I was approved (and that my card had been ordered - hahah) was also in there! HOORAY! So nice to have it in hand. Good luck to everyone. :dance:

im scared because i havent sent alot of documentations. maybe they will ask for more docs or assign an intreview's appointment.

Oh no! Oh, well..I guess that's alright..lol :P The lady that did my fingeprint and stuff said she don't know what picture will be in the card..It was weird that she didn't know..Anyway, congrats to everybody! :D
