Hi,

Sorry if it's the same topic which has been posted.

I submmitted I-129F in AUG and was waiting for the Notice of Action (I-797C) letter.

But, I realized that I filled out my resident address on the Part A of I-129F.

My resident area is not in the delivery service area, so that I should have filled my P.O.Box in there.

I visited local Immigration office and asked the officer what to do, and I was told to call USCIS office directly.

At the same time, the officer checked for me if I-797C has been sent out, and the officer said it has been mailed to my address in I-129F.

Later, I called to the number I got, and explained the situation. But the problem is, English is not my first language and the person who answered the phone spoke really fast!!!!!! and I was not able to understand what she was saying. (so embarrassing... )

I will probably try to call again, but does anyone know if I will need to re-submit I-129F?

Thank you

Try e-mail? or maybe you can just wait till your check is cleared. Then you can just check online and refer to the back of your check. Normally, you will be able to see a set of number there, which you can use it to trace the case status online. or, just try to call and inform them again, asking them to speak slowly, explain your situation a lil bit. things should be fine!

I really appreciate your advice.

I went into my online banking and noticed that the check was already cleared.

Also, the photo copy of the check and receipt is attached and I was able to find my receipt number!!!!
