Alright Peeps!! :help:

I need a place to stay in MoBay that has a 1 bedroom.

Like a room we can put my son to bed in :whistle:

I might have airfare today!!!

Smiley-Praying.gif

I stayed at El Greco a while back. A friend that works at 1/2 moon suggested it to me. I like that place. You can take an elevator down to street level and cross the street to Dr's Cave Beach...

El Greco is nice and it has a kitchen so you don't have to leave the premises if you don't want to.

How is El Greco price wise?

I dont really remember, its been a few years. I think I paid $500 for over a week.

Lol Quana dont worry about it being "tricky" as teachers, we want the babies to be smart and versatile with their language and dilect.. its gonna be okay watch... She gonna shock you when she uses really big words!

oh no.. mi a substitute teach lang time.. education is first on my list, thats why i make sure the schools they attend teaches them on the next grade level..

i just don't see the point in having "ea", "ee","ie",AND "ei" words ALL on the same test? what about one family at a time or even one or two at a time?? yuh seemi??..

 but so it go... we still ago bring home dat A..

Ahhhh I see your point... I have a good learning center game for that

yeah mon.. mi need help cuz right now we just go over and over and over everyday.. but she still gets confused "yield" vs "yeeld" or "yeald" when i just spelled "green" and "mean"..:blink: its hard when they are all on the same test..

You know there a couple Dr Suess books that are great for that... Green eggs and Ham is one. I dont know if she thinks she is to grown for that though. Tierra still likes it cause she can read the whole thing without help and fast (she has is memorized)!

no she likes dr seuss, thanks.. we'll go dust off some of her books.. man... 2nd grade is chapter books and double digit addition and subtraction.. i wasn't ready for my baby to grow up yet..

ells - where yuh been?

only JG have sexy weekend planned?

 Only on non-school nights!

It took me all week to catch up on here since we had a long weekend.

Last Thursday we waited hours in the DMV so I could renew my DL & change my name & car title at the same time. Then we went to city college campus & I changed my name there too....then on to the bank & opened a joint account & a student account of his own....he feels special now since he's never technically had an account of his own. I asked him if he thought we could ever get that much accomplished in one day in JA & he said, "YA F#$%ING EEDIOT??":lol:

Friday we went to the art museum & decided to wait on seeing the King Tut exhibit since it was around $30 per person. They told us come back on a Tuesday night when it's only $20.....that's what we'll be doing! After that, we walked to a nearby Eritrean (like Ethiopian) restaurant & had a nice dinner where we quickly downed a bottle of honey wine....I could LIVE on that stuff! Then since the restaurant had a bar there, he mentioned he'd never sat at a bar before (except tourist spots in Jamaica....not the same) so we then made our way to this tiki bar near our house with like 50 different fancy blended drink items on the menu. We shared a big BOWL of something blended & rummy. Neither of us liked it but we finished it cause it's a shame to waste! Next time we go back, we'll have pina coladas or mai tais or something else like these punchy looking drinks in big goblet glasses!:yes: The big bowl drink messed mister up & he wasn't feeling too good even after walking several blocks home. Poor baby, I messed him up!

Saturday we had awesome Thai food & then I took him to his first movie in a real theater and we saw District 9. Pretty crazy, intense movie for a first movie. Good but very bloody & gory.....interesting & unexpected twist on the plot that the preview doesn't show. It was sort of a parallel to aparthied. I recommend it if you can handle the gore. We both had strange dreams that night. He did however start getting good at taking the escalator because we had to go up about 6-7 to get to the top floor of the theater where our movie was playing!

Sunday was my b-day & I won a simple bet where my request was that he'd ride rollercoasters with me so we went to Great America. That was a super fun day & in the beginning, I took him straight to the most intense rollercoaster to just get it out of the way. Figured after that, everything else would be easy. When we came to the end of that ride, he was saying, "NEVA AGAIN! NEVA AGAIN!" while I laughed my butt off! We rode pretty much everything that was operating that day & it was always funny to see the pictures they take when you're on the ride. I always had a crazy look on my face with my arms up & he usually had his head down & eyes shut. Except for one ride where his mouth was WIDE open! Both of us laughed at that one & he said he neva knew his mout coulda open so big! By the end of the day, we rode the big coasters a 2nd time & now he's saying "they need to be longer"! GEEZ!:lol:

Monday we pretty much chilled & did NOT labor on labor day. Went to yet another great dinner & he dropped my boston cream pie on the floor of the car. I was a little pissed at him for not being more careful! :bonk: We salvaged what we could of it & ate it anyway.

This weekend, thinking of seeing Richie Spice tonight but I have so much studying to do that I'm not sure it's a good idea. Then tomorrow is the free fest with some good artists like Sly & Robbie & then Sunday probably just chilling & studying & of course as Finesse says, "sexy time".

Sounds like u had a blast......cant wait to do sumthin like this.....im a sucker wit rollercoasters tho.....dont mind goin on them but im the biggest punk when im on....eyes closed and I am screamin and prayin at the same time

exactly tre! the fact that i was around him was all that mattered

How is El Greco price wise?

website says $112 a night

I love El Greco. Your hunny can get it for you cheaper. When I called last month they quoted me $130 and Damien $98/night.

Breakfast and beach passes are included.

Girl! WHAT??? YEAH!!!! That's what I'm talking bout! When you try to run and realize that you already reached the headboard long time...nothing left to do but ooman up and tek it. I'll take a funky wilderbeast mating weekend over a sexy one any day. LMAO

Why you running?????? :innocent:

Cuz sometimes I'm not woman enough to handle it all at one time. I have to regroup and focus...LMAO

Kids are mean! Tierra had gym today so wore sweats and a t-shirt... her t-shirt from church camp. And she said some kids laughed at her. Do parents not tell their kids it is not nice to make someone feel bad??

Last year she wore a dashiki dress to school... she thought she was HAWT SHYT! Kids laughed at her and she wont where it again. :(

My mom told me different was good and I don't remember my friends making fun of me!!!

Kids can be really mean...they are jealous of Tierra...she is a BEAUTIFUL girl...

I got my tickets to see Buju and Tanya Stephens Sunday :jest: I missed so many concerts (Beres, Beenie, Capleton, etc ) because of Damien :bonk:

Oh I am so excited about seeing BUJU! Louis ordered me a dress online... hope it fits. Long black, spagetti straps with red/yellow/green stripes down the front. I want it to get here already!!!

Sounds cute. I saw some on NYC but they were made for skinny chics. Have you seen pants (kinda like yoga) with red/yellow/green stripes down on the side? I need those.
