I got sent a notice that the I130 that is associated with our K3 got reaffirmed and is being sent back to the NVC. Too bad it was never processed all the way through. But its a good sign.

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Notice reaffirming approval mailed to you and case sent to the Department of State.

On August 27, 2009, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

So I'm hoping that our K3 and/or our first CR1/IR1 is going to be reaffirmed very soon.

I-130 NOA1 : 2006-09-12

I-130 Approved : 2007-01-17

NVC Received : 2007-02-05

Consulate Received : 2007-06-09

Interview Date : 2007-08-16 Case sent back to USCIS

Receive NOIR: 2009-05-04

Sent Rebuttal: 2009-05-19
