Quick question: Do I submit two DS230 forms? I will be submitting one for the beneficiary, but is one required with my biographical information as well? Thanks in advance,

Jun 18, 2010 - Green Card Received!

Oct 11, 2012 - ROC RFE

Jan 08, 2013 - CONDITIONS REMOVED!!!

Who completes the forms

Each family member that is eligible to travel to the United States with the applicant under this visa classification is required to complete the DS-230 Part I and Part II.

Since you are the USC, you do not need one.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

I think you are confused with forms. You need just one set of DS230 for your fiancee. Biographic information is G325A that you need for both the petitioner and beneficiary.

Immigration Process (DCF Japan)

08/06/2008 I-130 petition at Tokyo, Japan

08/13/2008 I-130 approved

| Waited until we were ready to move back

07/13/2009 IV interview at Tokyo, Japan

07/15/2009 IV(IR-1) in hand

Post-DCF

07/29/2009 POE at Las Vegas

08/17/2009 GC(10yrs) received

- naturalization in May 2012 or
