hello rockhouse , has your fiancee got a letter yet from USEM thru DHL? , well it's just informing her of approval of petition and MNL case number ; since your fiance has passed her medical and has a scheduled date for interview , she will be asked that letter together with all necessary docs at the booth inside the embassy before she will undergo fingerscanning/ pre screening then interview by the CO.

good luck.

My fiancee got no such delivery from DHL. Only an email after I scheduled the interview date over the phone. You get the petition apporval (NOA2) from the USCIS, not the USEM. And you get your case number from the NVC, again not from the USEM.

^Yes, after speaking with my fiancee she informed me that the USEM sent the email "appointment letter" AND a hard copy letter of information about her interview, via Air21.

That is all she has/will receive, as i understand it now.

It seems as though you guys have completed all the necessary requirements to prepare for your upcoming interview. My fiance recieved packet 3 from the USEM and asked that we go there website to complete the forms. Can you tell me the exact forms we need to fill out to complete the process? I wish you guys good luck on your upcoming interview. As they say, bring home the PINK SLIP!!! Thanks

The "packet" from the American Embassy tells you exactly what are the things to be needed for the interview, including forms to be accomplished. You don't have to solicit answers from people here at VJ as you may get some misleading information from unreliable sources. Especially if that body piercer guy with a house on the lake and fancy cars and a 6 figure income responds to your inquiry.

Just follow what the letter says and you'll be in good hands.

     STOP...U killing me....

We just got the email and have not received and hard letter delivered by DHL, FedEX, UPS Air 21, or the pony express, our interview is next Wednesday. I take from the above bolded quote from a guy who passed that is ok? The email is from them and says she has an interview date on Sept. 2nd that should be sufficient, right? She has the NVC doc, and a copy of my NOA2, along with all the other required docs as well. I feel prepared. Any thoughts should I call the embassy and have them fax me a letter?

The NVC letter is not the appointment confirmation letter! The NVC does not schedule K-1 visa apointments. She needs an appointment confirmation letter, either the emailed copy or the delivered hard copy (if she received one).
