does anybody know what's the income requirement when I live Houston Texas and want filed a fiancee case for my fiancee who live in Vietnam..I've reading the forum but dont know what's the income requirement..Thanks in advance

Check out this page for income requirements: http://www.apexvisa.us/poverty.html

Here is also the FAQ about difference requirements for Forms 134 and 864 at different stages:

"Should K-1 fiancé(e) visa applicants use the I-864 or the I-134?

Since fiancé(e)s are nonimmigrant visa applicants, they should use the I-134. They will need to submit an I-864 to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) when they adjust status to conditional immigrant in the United States after they are married.

Do the same income requirements apply to all immigrant visa applicants even if they use the I-134?

No. The 125 percent minimum income requirement, the most recent year's tax return and other requirements only apply when an I-864 is needed. Applicants using the I-134 will need to show that their sponsor's income is 100 percent of federal poverty guidelines as required under Section 212(a)(4) of the INA."

Good Luck!!!

And for HCMC you will need to meet the 125% for the I-134.

Do some reading in the Asia: East & Pacific regional forum to get the lowdown on HCMC. This is not a place to try and skate by on minimums.

Your answer is correct if it is read & understood correctly. 125 % of 14,570 is 18,212.00 .

To get the 125% you need to use your math skills. Hence the above numbers must be multiplied. So...14570.00x125%=18212.50
