Hi im confused and need some answers based on experience lol.

In the list of documents to be submitted for interview there is this - "OTHER COUNTRY POLICE CERTIFICATES".

What is meant by this? In my understanding I dont have to get from my own country a Police Certificate but only IF I've been to other countries for more than 6 months.

Did anyone who went to the US embassy for interview had been asked for a Police Certificate taken from their own country? The word OTHER seems obvious but I just want to be sure.

every country you have lived in for 6 mos. or more (some consulates are 1 year for outside the country)... so you will have to procure a PI PC (or there equivalent) for your interview.

YMMV

If you haven't been outside the Philippines, then, you will only need an NBI clearance. No need to get a police certificate from your city or barangay.
