1. Typically English will be the language of choice, however some consulates allow the local language to be spoken at the interview if there is clear evidence that the petitioner and the beneficiary speak the same language.

2. At the consulate? No - not that I know of. Once the interview is done, you may go and wait for your visa/passport

3. If your son is not a USC and is applying for his own visa (Cr-2?!?) then yes he will need to pass the medical

4. I'm not sure about all countries but in Canada we pick up the medical results (or have them mailed to us) and we take them to the interview ourselves, they aren't forwarded on to the consulate.

5. The CO can ask for basically anything, so if you think that this may be something that your CO might ask for, then yes I'd have it prepared.

Good luck.

your going thru casa, English is best IF you feel you know enough to understand all the questioning good and have good confidence with this...if not ask for Arabic or French. There should be no more fees. The medical is sent to the embassy from the dr BUT you also need to ask for a copy to bring with you, sometimes you have to push for the copy but you will need it later. I dont know how rules work for kids but if they get a visa im sure they will do the medical.

At interview take everything you can gather, im hopeing you are VERY prepared as casa is not a easy place to get thru. They can and do ask the most unimaginable things, sometimes getting a little to personal so just be prepared

Certainly your marriage licence and birth certificate of your son is pretty strong evidence. Plus you have pictures which is also excellent. Can you print off the e-mails you have? Do you have phone records?

If both of you are Moroccan then you don't have to speak English at the interview at all.
