Forms for fiance's daughter in packet 3

First let me say thanks for all the work you folks do. I think iam having a brain meltdown. Iam working on the forms for the packet3. Which forms do I need to fill out for my fiance's daughter? Like do I fill out DS-156 for both of them? I filled out the DS-230 for both of them.I dont want to create more work for myself then needed. Thanks, Frank

For a K-2 you need ALL the same forms as for your fiancee, but not the DS156K, that is for fiancee's only. If the daughter is over age 16 (check for consulate rules which may be different) she needs a police certificate. Regardless of age, she needs a medical exam. She needs a passport OR to be listed in her mother's passport. Check requirements for China, but most countries require a notarized letter from the father permitting the mother to reloactae her to the USA permanently PLUS a copy of the fathers passport (photo and signature page) OR a court order of sole custody OR a death certificate for the father. She will also need a translated copy of her birth certificate. Usually children do not need the documents a finace may need (divorce certificate, military papers, etc.)

You will also need a separate I-134 for both with supporting documents for each

You will pay the visa fee for both, medical fee for both and, when they arrive, the AOS fee for both. It is also a separate AOS prcess for both.
