My fiance's address is to put it nicely very vague. Kabul hasn't come up to speed with making sure houses have numbers, street names, etc....so my question is, when the consulate/embassy sends the packet to her address is it going to get lost? Is there any way I can get the packet and send it to her myself?

Try contacting the consulate. They should be able to tell you if the packet can be picked up by your fiancee. Sometimes, you can just print the packet 3 information from their website (that's what my fiance did). All the best.
