I-134 AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT question

Recommended Posts

we sent our I-129F package first week of March this year

and after two weeks

my fiance resigned from his job.

he spent 3 years working at that company

and then accepted a new job..

is it ok if we put his new company name and address at the I-134?

or the old one?

because we filled our K-1 during the time that he is still working at his old job.

and at the G-325A form that we sent his old company name and address is written.

we are confused on what company and address to write at our I-134.

anybody can enlighten us? we will highly appreciate if you could help us!

thank you and God bless to all!

USCIS knows people have lives and sometimes things change during this process.

That said use the new job and send the taxes, w-2's from last year. Also, make sure to take a few months worth of paystubs so they can see what type of income he now has. It would be well if you could also get a letter from the new employer.

Good Luck

Thank you for your reply

we have his employment certificate from his new job

stating the date when he started, his performance and at the same time

how much they pay him per hour..i will ask him about his paystubs.

also we have his w-2's since 2006 up to 2008 ready..

he is worried about sending the original copy of w-2

is it ok if he will just send me the photocopy of his w-2?

thank you so much for taking time to answer my query

God bless!

Photocopies are fine they can ask for originals but I don't know anyone who has ever been asked for them.

If you have the time still you could order TAX TRANSCRIPTS. Call 18008291040 to order them it generally takes about 2 weeks to get them, the consulate likes them better cause they are hard to fake AND you don't have to worry about tax forms or w-2's.

i thank you both so very much!

i always assist my fiance in preparing documents because

when it comes to paper works he doesn't have long patience.

i will forward your messages and suggestions to him about that tax..

so, we will write his new company name and address to the I-134 and will attach

his employment certificate..together with the paystubs and others...

He said if we will attach documents to our I-134 we dont need to write his annual income (the figure)

at the provided blank there.. is that right?

gosh! i'm worried!! :bonk: .. we dont want to commit errors here..

oh, by the way.. i would like to share the good news today..

My dad is working as a chef in a reefer ship and when jamie my fiance

visited me last year in manila he never met him because my dad is still at work that time.

My father is enjoying his vacation now but he will leave the country again on Aug 29.

Jamie decided to talk to my dad online using the mic and

with the speaker on.. he will ask my hand for marriage... gosh!

imagine.. i woke up very early so i could catch up for his time in texas before he sleeps, to finish arranging

documents that he will send me including researching about I-134..and i'm checking VJ from time

to time if there is anybody who replied to our question..then waited for my dad to wake up to tell him

jamie wants to talk to him..

to make my noble short..sorry..long explanation :bonk:

they had a good conversation and i know both of them are really nervous..

my mom just smiled very noisy here earlier ...funny(both jamie and dad lost their tongue hehehe. lolz!)

my father gave us his blessings cool! and told jamie to take care and love me.

im so happy!!!:dance:

Yep

He said if we will attach documents to our I-134 we dont need to write his annual income (the figure) Fill it in.

at the provided blank there.. is that right?

It seems repetitive but make sure you fill in the amounts it ask for on the I-134, even with everything attached its safer to go ahead and fill the document out. They want it for some reason or else they would just ask for the evidence and there would be no need for the form.

gosh! i'm worried!! :bonk: .. we dont want to commit errors here..

Don't worry too much, things will be fine.
