I read that link regarding the requariments, but when I went to the USCIS office they only gave me the forms I-129f, G-325A and G-325 that's is that's all they old me to fill out and the more I read about it in the forums I feel I am missing a lot of stuff.

Thanks for your help, I really apreciate it

They are just going to give you the necessary forms you need. But, listen to your fellow VJ members as they have been through this. You need letters from both you and your fiance with the intent to marry. Make sure you have your divorce decree. Usually, it is good to send a certified copy. Also, if you have pictures of both of you together make sure you send that as evidence.

So does my fiance needs to sign any of the forms? I am kind of confuse with the G-325 and G-325A

Yes she needs to sign the G-325A and I would make sure and use the old form that has 4 copies and instructions for a total of 5 pages, she needs to sign all 4 pages.

The I-129F instructions still say to use the G-325A, so I don't think you need the G-325.

She also needs to sign the letter of intent to marry.

Thats really all that requires her signature, to be safe if you are having her send you these via mail then have her sign 2 sets in case something happens to one.

A copy of fiance birth certificate (translated and notarized)

A copy of her passport

Biographical form G-325 with her original signatures (2 copies)

Affidavit of intent to get married

Thanks guys.

You also need...

1. Copy of your divorce certificate (and hers if applicable. Hers would also have to be translated)

2. Letters of intent signed from each of you. VJ has an excellent sample letter (I assume this is the "affidavit" you speak of above)

3. Proof that you have met in person in the last two years. Photos, passport stamps, boarding passes, etc.

4. G-325 for your fiancee signed by your fiancee.

You do not need to attach a copy of her birth certificate or passport to the petition.

You DO NOT need to atatch "evidence of a relationship" to the petition, that is for the interview. Some people do this and it hurts nothing but is not needed and Kiev is an easy consulate to deal with on this matter.

Read the K1 Guide here on VJ. You are missing: your G325, both of you need to execute affidavits of intent to marry, copy of your divorce decree, proof of your US citizenship, proof of having met in the last 2 years.

The g-325a is the correct form. Yes, she needs to sign hers and she needs to sign her letter of intent. Print the letter in English and have her sign it.

If you read the INSTRUCTIONS for form I-129f you will see they list all the attachments (divorce decree, passport photos, evidence of meeting, etc) The I-129f is far more than a "form", it is a form plus attachments

You will find USCIS is consistently the WORST source for information regarding the process. Their phone number is called the "mis-information" hotline on VJ. The forms can be downloaded and avoid the trip to the USCIS office. You can also download the instructions, would be nice if they gave you those also.

You have some more work to do, read the guides at this site, read the form instructions, do the best you can and ask here for assistance. You will get accurate answers FREE and FAST. Do not send it until you are SURE it is complete. An RFE for something missing will add weeks to the process, take a couple extra days to make sure it is right.

When you send it, send it certified mail. return receipt. NEVER send anything to anyone in this process without a return reciept and a way to track it. Use a personal check so you can track when it is cashed at your bank. Make a copy of EVERYTHING you ever send or give to anyone in this process. Never send "originals" except where specified in the instructions (intent letter and G-325a for example, and I-129f of course) Send COPIES of documents, evidence of meeting, etc. NEVER SEND ORIGINALS of these things, there will be NO WAY to retrieve them once sent. COPIES< COPIES< COPIES the copy machine is your friend, get to know it well.
