Please sa nakakaalam, ilang days na kasi akong kumakain ng dark chocolates lalo na sa work simula pah kahapon para akong babagsak sa hilo at bumabaligtad sikmura ko, kapag ba kumain ka ng dark chocolates at nasobrahan anu ba epekto nun? Iniisip ko kasi baka yung chocolates or sobrang work lang akoh sa thursday pako ako magpapatingin sa work magtatanung ako duon but can't wait untill thusday

I understand. I was a diabetic for 32.5 years and chocolate and cookies were my weakness.

Yung experience nung neighbor Ko> She's been eating a lot choclates coz the husband just got home from Abroad. Nung naubos tsaka sia nakaramdam ng kakaiba, nung nagpatingin sia, Diabetes na daw, although the family had history of diabetes, but the choclate trigger her disease. Alam namin natin na yung mga bagay na sobra nakakasama rin, Di kita tinatakot pero pray ka na lang na its just overwork. God Bless
