I-864 and I-134

Are the I-864 and the I-134 basically the same forms. My co-sponsor will need to fill out the I-134 just like the I-864 along with their tax returns for both of these forms and I will also fill out both these forms. thank you

I-134 is used for a K visa petition. For DCF you will be submitting the I-864.

Im confessed again. I filled out the I 134 and sent it over to my husband. So when do I need to fill out the I-864 and when and where do I send that in?

Not the same at all, but similar purpose. The I-134 is used by the consulates and yes, the co-sponsor needs to fill out the same forma and attach the same type of income documentation AND attach proof of US citizenship and/or LPR status
