time to NVC

I'm doing my homework here and looking at similar timelines and I'm seeing that for most people who got their NOA2 around my time(Jul 29th) the NVC got their case in 2-3 days and in most of 'em the NVC has already sent it out to Manila. I called the NVC system a few times just now (to make sure I put in the right #s) and they have no record of my case. I understand there is sometimes a delay while the NVC to processes it but is there a delay after it's approved by the UCICS sending it over? Vermont and NH are pretty close I can't imagine it's a 5 business day mail trip.

Has anyone else experience this? Thank you.

^ Yep. We got our NOA2 on 7/28 and there is no record of our case with NVC. I'm getting sick of all this bullsh*t. First it was a 150 something day wait for the NOA2, and now after 11 days the NVC still doesn't even have a record of our case.

The Service Centers send the approvals by truckload, so some delays are caused by waiting for a full shipment or a backed up shipping department. Other delays may be caused because the NVC hasn't opened all the incoming approvals and entered them into the computer. Our friend waited over 30 days this spring for the NVC to recieve their K1 approval.

We had to wait well over 30 days because of backed up approvals. It is hard to wait, but all you can do is keep calling.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony

Wait?! 30 days?! I don't get the shipping all together thing because I have seen guys in their time line who got their NOA2 after me from vermont and the the NVC has already sent their stuff to manila. Logical dictates mine should have been in with those, right? I guess I'll never understand govt workings.

Hope our packets aren't aren't misplaced rockhouse.

I guess patience is the word...

i read the article that NVC gets over 2.5 millions applications of immigration in a month period, now NVC works 24 hours everyday in 3 shifts just to process application. some time it happens that your case is not like others but patience is the key. i was thinking about the late september interview for my wife but i got in august, in my process to NVC i called only 3 times, but in ur case if u r waiting just call and talk to the operator and just ask how is my case progress? it might make u feel better, good luck to u all and god bless u. hope u r soon with ur love one.abby n sheryl

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg
