Nat - how do you cook salmon? I'm tried of eating it the same way. I love your recipes.

I had a spicy salmon cake from the organic store earlier this week. It was scrumptious. But I've never made salmon cakes.

Last few times I made it, I rubbed the salmon with a citrus dill rub (40 cents at Kroger) & topped it with some sliced red/yellow bell peppers & onions & fresh basil. I wrapped the fish & veggies in foil & baked til done. A lemon dill butter tastes great on top: melt a small amount of butter, add a few drops of lemon juice & some dill weed (pickle juice could probably suffice). Refrigerate until the butter gets solid again. Serve a pat on top of the salmon.

Finesse my fiance and i were talking about that the other night ...he said if our relationship didnt wrk out he would go back to JA even though life is hard out there becuz thats the only life he knows..he's talk to many people who have came up to the states and that travel back and forth from JA to the US and even though "life may be better " in the us ..at heart he would rather be in JA with his fam...

My honey said the same thing Heaven...

Both, I think. I'l eat seperately for most meals but for special dinners I'll just watch my portion size. I'm sure I can do it...I think thirty ponds is doable

it is very doable and i wish you success ..i lost 30 lbs and hopefully more soon ... i have hit a plateau in my weight loss...

this canadian guy I HEARD killed his wife, took out all her teeth and cut off her fingers.. the only way she was identified is the serial numbers on her breast implants..

the husband was found in canada, committed suicide..

Yeah its all over the news here. Hes a psycho! They found him dead in a hotel room in British Columbia. He hung himself with a belt!
